Charge your gadgets in style with eneloop
Eneloop a Panasonic company produce high quality rechargeable batteries and battery chargers. eneloop have a massive range of products, ranging from their lite products to their pro range.
On their website eneloop describe their products as:
One of the main features of eneloop is the higher voltage level. Many applications switch off or show the low battery signal if the voltage is lower than 1,1 Volt. A traditional Ni-MH battery will lose its voltage constantly and runs under this critical level very soon. eneloop however will keep the voltage level over 1,1 Volt for a long time, and only just before becoming empty will fall under that limit. That’s one of the reasons why you can take more photos with eneloop.

Recently the guys at eneloop sent HackingInsider a review copy of both their ‘Smart-Quick Charger’ and their ‘eneloop Pro AA’s’.
Smart & Quick Charger-
The basic eneloop batteries claim to be rechargeable up to 2100 times and keep a minimum of 70% of their charge capacity even after 5 years. The capacity on the basic eneloop range is significantly less than their pro counterparts, this being a minimum of 1900 mAh.
eneloop describe their pro range as being for high drain devices such as cameras and similar devices. Unlike the standard range the eneloop pro’s have a minimum capacity of 2450mAh, although that comes at a price as the recharge amount is nearly a quarter of its standard counterpart. This being a recommended recharge amount of 500 times. The eneloop pro range also boasts a 85% capacity after a one year period.
In summary if you’re in the market for a sleek, affordable and effective set of rechargeable batteries then I strongly recommend that you look at the eneloop range and choose the one that’s best for your needs.
